RaeAnn Hall's Biography

DSC08138.jpg

RaeAnn Hall is an author, speaker, podcast host, facilitator, and Executive Director of Grow NOW. Her life and work are centered around emotional healing, personal growth, leadership development, and helping others turn adversity into purpose.

Growing up in Southern California as the youngest of four children, RaeAnn developed an early passion for leadership, creativity, and community. She played varsity basketball in high school, served as president of her college bowling program, and earned a degree in Social Services. Her background naturally blended empathy, resilience, creativity, and service long before founding her non-profit Grow NOW.

As a survivor of adverse childhood experiences, RaeAnn understands firsthand how trauma and instability can shape confidence, relationships, opportunities, and a person’s future. But she also knows the life-changing impact of mentorship, counseling, education, and healthy community support when someone is given the chance to heal and grow.

That experience became the foundation for her mission. In 2016, RaeAnn founded Grow NOW, a Washington-based nonprofit that combines professional networking, servant leadership, mentorship, scholarships, and community impact to support young adults overcoming adverse childhood experiences as they move into higher education and adulthood.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, RaeAnn is a Certified Color Code Personality Science Trainer, trauma-informed somatic life coach, host of Grow NOW podcast, and author of multiple Six-Word Lessons books focused on overcoming adversity, growth mindset, and emotional healing. Through speaking, writing, coaching, and leadership, she equips individuals, businesses, and communities with practical tools to heal, grow, strengthen relationships, and become the best version of themselves.

Her mission is simple: help people move forward, live with purpose, and create ripple effects of healing, growth, and hope for future generations.
